Yes it happens. And when it happens, it starts off as no big deal. Hey, I just missed a day.
Well then one day turns to 3, then to a week.
But now it is time to get back on track.
You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to keep going. Keep trying to be better.
That is where I am today.
I had a great week of training last week. I had a pretty good nutrition week.
I just go a little lazy.
I got a little complacent. I was making good progress and didn’t focus as much on the tracking.
And guess what. The progress stalled. And back-slid a little.
But I still have a goal. I still have something I want to accomplish and a deadline.
So in order to achieve that goal, I am getting back on the wagon.
