Tony’s 12 Week Challenge Day 11

Meal 1

5 eggs, salsa, blueberries, raspberries

Meal 2

Subway grilled chicken salad, double meat w/ green peppers, onions, tomatoes

Meal 3

Bob’s Gym Builder Shake

Meal 4

Salmon, salad, corn on the cob, 1 piece of strawberry cake, small scoop of ice cream

I layed off the mashed potatoes in favor of the cake and ice  cream.  We were at our church Bible study group and always have a meal prior to our study.  Small challenge victory for me: only 1 piece of cake and only 1 scoop of ice cream.  Ice cream is my dessert of choice and it is easy for me to get carried away.

    Supper-Turkey smoked sausage and veggies

  2. Workout – TBT class

    B- Bobs burner shake
    L- 2oz chicken, squash casserole, spoonful of homemade Mac and cheese (I eat a lot of leftovers, can ya tell)
    D- salmon burger (wheat bread & mayo), steamed carrots
    S- 4 chips ahoy cookies

    Tony, i LOVE ice cream too!! Cold Stone is my nemesis…
    Gal at the desk at Bobs said she wanted to look like me, that’s always a confidence booster! Of course, Charlie said the same thing…
