After mowing the lawn I cooled off with an ice cold juice box.  Happens occasionally being a dad of 5.


  1. Time to play catch up!!!

    Workout: TBT Class
    B- Subway egg white muffin with ham cheese lettuce tomato and sweet onion sauce
    S- Banana
    L- Subway 6″ roasted chix sandwich on wheat with lettuce, avacado, tomato and sweet onion
    S- appetizer plate at “Wine down to the weekend” Event for Reitz home (very small crab cake, brie cheese, 4 crackers, 2 salami triangle pieces, carrots, cherry tomatos, small snicker doodle cookie) and 3 glasses of Pinot Noir
    D- Turkey sandwich on wheat

    Wow… sandwiches all day….
