Tony’s 12 Week Challenge Day 16

Happy Father’s Day!

Started my day with a great breakfast by my wife.

Meal 1

Eggs, bacon, biscuits

Meal 2

Father’s Day lunch

Steak, salad, corn on the cob.

1 piece of strawberry pie, 1 piece of cheesecake.  Yes, they were delicious.

After lunch I got in about a 45 minute nap.  nap time

Meal 3

Oatmeal, peanut butter, protein powder.

I got a little off track this weekend.  Nothing too crazy and I know it isn’t a big deal this early in my challenge.  I believe it is important to still be able to enjoy family meals but I still have to be disciplined enough not to stuff myself.  Eat enough of the good stuff so I won’t be as hungry and eat as much of the things that will slow down my progress.




  1. No workout

    B- Oatmeal
    S- cottage cheese
    L- Turkey sandwich
    D- Grilled chicken sandwich at hooters and some fried pickles. No fries though!!!
    S- Oreo blizzard

    I fell off the wagon a tad this weekend too… more sweets/ maccaroni than I would normally eat but I’m close to my goal with plenty of time to get there and so I’m not going to beat myself up over a bad weekend. I’ll be back on track Monday!!
