No workout today.

Definitely need to get a workout in tomorrow.

    B- Suasage Mcmuffin
    L- Chunky Potato soup
    S- Cottage cheese
    D- Petite bacon wrapped sirloin (5oz), Sweet potato, spring mix salad with raspberry vinegrette dressing

    No workout.
