    Workout: TBT Class @ Bobs

    B- Bobs Burner shake
    S- Cottage Cheese
    L- Wheat Chicken Souvlaki Pita & Steamed carrots
    S- More steamed Carrots
    D- Homemade Spaghetti (whole grain noodles, 90/10 gr beef, garlic/herb sauce)

    Most of my days I am between 2250 and 2500 calories. This one was a little under 2000.
    My oatmeal mix is a little over 500 calories. When I eat eggs I usually have 5 of them, and this day I ate a LOT of the meatloaf, at least 10oz.
    Just didn’t have any snacks this day.
