Tony’s 12 Week Challenge Day 2

Meal 1

5 eggs, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries

Meal 2

Smoothie made with 3 scoops of protein powder, 1.5 cups of spinach, 1.5 cups of mixed berries and 1 banana

Meal 3

1/2 cup of oatmeal, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1/4  cup of walnuts

Meal 4

Pork chops, brown rice, green beans, corn, 8oz of grape juice

No workout today but got a good sweat this morning helping someone move into a 2nd floor apartment.

I am posting this at 7:45(ish)pm because although I have had good foods today, I have had plenty and if I put this up now, I won’t have any more before bed.

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day, so I need to make sure I plan my meals accordingly.

  1. Glad today is over… Went to cardinals game so the first half if my day was bad on the healthy eating scale!! But I said I’d play along so here it is

    B- 1/2 sausage/egg/cheese sandwich
    L- BBQ pulled pork & ruffles chips
    Beer… Too many beers….
    D- subway roasted chicken on wheat with American cheese/lettuce/tomato/avocado/lite mayo & baked Cheetos mini bag

    Breakfast-oatmeal with banana
    Snack-protein bar
    Lunch-lean grilled hamburger, grilled corn, apple
    Snack-protein shake
    Supper-two slices cheese pizza(certainly not the best choice, but it was a family get together)
