Meal 1

Oatmeal, protein powder, peanut butter, blueberries

Meal 2

Boiled eggs, 3oz steak (left over from last night)

Meal 3

Lasagna, 1 slice of sour dough bread

No workout today.  Did some dips and pullups in the garage, but not much.




  1. Workout: TBT class at Bob’s

    B- Bobs burner shake
    S- Banana
    L Turkey Samdwich & steamed baby carrots
    S-Egg white omelete
    D- Baked Chicken & steamed asparagus
    D- 2 Dark chocolate granola thins
