Meal 1

Oatmeal, protein powder, peanut butter, blue berries

 

Workout

Alternated deadlifts with ring pullups.  About 10 total sets of each.

Meal 3

Fresh 4U Chicken Enchiladas and Fresh 4U Steak & Vegetables with Polenta (yes I had both)

Meal 4

5 Meat Stuffed Crust Pizza (oh yes I did, it is Friday remember).

    I’m a little behind in posting. I lost another pound this week, so that makes 25 total!
    Here is yesterday’s food:
    Pre-workout: banana
    Post-workout: builder protein shake
    Lunch: subway grilled chicken sandwich 6″ and baked lays
    Supper: grilled California chicken salad at O’ Charley’s

    Also, I’ve now gone 4 days without a diet coke!

    Breakfast: protein shake and banana
    Lunch: egg salad and wheat Thin crackers
    Snack: small shake at DQ with family
    Supper: hamburger and chips

  4. Welcome back Dennis and great job on 25lbs down! I too have been workin gon cuttin gout the diet soda and have onle had the equivilant of one 12oz can in 2 weeks (had 1/2 a can on 2 occasions)!

    B- Egg white omelete (these always consist of the same thing- 1/4 cup egg whites, either spinach or asparagus, tsp feta and tbs salsa)
    S- berries, 1/4 cup yogurt
    L- Turkey sandwich
    S- cottage cheese

    Fit Friday- walked 3 miles with friends through neighbor hood at a pace of 3.5 mph.

    Usually we woukld follow our walk with cooking a nice healthy meal together…. This friday though, we went to see Charlie’s band at Roca Bar north….

    D- 1 cup Italian salad, chicken pesto panini, house chips and boom boom sauce

    I also had 3 budlights, 2 vodka tonics (although one was really just tonic and no vodka)…
