Tony’s 12 Week Challenge Day 22

Meal 1

Oatmeal, protein powder, peanut butter

Meal 2

Eggs, corn on the cob  (Unusual combination, I know.  Clearing leftovers out of the refrigerator.)

Workout

A little over an hour of swimming.  Wore me out.

Meal 3

Taco pizza, lasagna (More leftovers.  Have to make sure I don’t get too relaxed with where my calories are coming are coming from. )

    Big birthday party today for my grandson, but I still did good.
    Breakfast: protein shake
    Snack: protein bar
    Lunch: four small squares of thin pizza
    Snack: very small piece of birthday cake
    Supper: grilled chicken wrap
    Snack: Apple
    Once again a diet coke free day

  2. Just going to go ahead and say that today was a looooooong day. Threw a baby shower for one of my best friends…. not the greatest food day….

    B- subway blk forest ham and egg white on english muffin
    L- 2 chick fil a chicken strips, small spoonful of potato salad, small spoonful of pasta salad, caprese salad, lemonade, petifore (2×2 inch piece of white cake with lemon filling, covered in white chocolate instead of icing- SO YUM!!)
    D- Sirloin steak and mashed potatos

    Now, there was no “workout” today but, I was hosting this party so I was up from 7 am running around to get things ready. Then there was clean up and loading her bazillion gifts into the van, taking them to her house and unloading them…. i burned a few calories….
