Oatmeal, protein powder, peanut butter

Meal 4

1 cup cottage cheese

Oatmeal, Protein powder, peanut butter


No workout today, but got a good sweat mowing the yard.



  1. Ok here goes… This week isn’t going to be pretty as my hubs and I volunteered at the United Leasing golf tourney and so there was very little opportunity to go to the gym and we ate what they fed us…

    Sunday June 23rd (today is not so bad as tourney hasn’t started yet)

    35 min cardio on eliptical

    B- Subway blk forest ham and egg white on english muffin
    L- 4oz tilapia, egg white omlete with spinach, feta, tomatoes, mixed green salad, mashed potatos, mimosa
    D- garden veggie salmon burger, wheat sandwich thin, tbs mayo, roasted asparagus
