Tony’s 12 Week Challenge Day 29

This day started out ok.  Got into a little trouble later at night.

I am a “boredom eater”.  Sometimes, if I am bored, I will eat whatever is around, whether I am hungry or not.

That happened today.  That is definitely NOT going to help with my goal, so I am going to have to make sure it doesn’t happen often.

Meal 1

Oatmeal, protein powder, peanut butter

Meal 2

Eggs, salmon,  Corn on the cob (unusual combination, eliminating leftovers)

Meal 3

Oatmeal, protein powder

Meal 4

2 BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, 1 turkey burger (no bun), chips

Meal 4

half of a pizza, GD Ritzy’s vanilla shake, M&M’s (more leftovers)

TIP: if you don’t want to end up eating a bunch of leftovers from your “treat” meal, don’t keep them around…





  1. Oh boy, I didnt log todays food either….

    B- egg white omlette
    L- Jimmy johns salami (all they had left) sandwich, bag of jimmy chips
    S-cheetos again
    D- i dont even remember…. honestly
