Fresh 4U  Turkey/Quinoa (that’s fun to say) Meatballs w/ Squash and Soba Noodles (DELICIOUS!!!)

Workout

Bench Press alternated with Pullups

1-2-3-4-5-1-2-3-4-1-2-3-1-2-1  (35 total reps of each)

For the bench press I used a weight that would be challenging but doable for 8-10 reps fresh. Stayed with the same weight for every set.

Ham steaks, green beans, corn
