Pistol Squats on Box  3 sets of 2 each leg

Leg Press  5 sets of 5

TRX Pistol Squat 1 set of 10

Leg Extensions 2 sets of 15

Seated Calf Raise 2 sets of 15

 

Meal 2

Home made protein bar

Meal 3

Meal replacement shake with an extra scoop of protein powder

Meal 4

Pork Chops, corn on the cob

    Lunch: grilled chicken sandwich
    Supper: grilled pork shop
    Boiled potatoes
    Green salad
    Snacks: watermelon
    Apple
    Protein bar
    ALSO I’VE BEEN 22 DAYS WITHOUT A DIET COKE!!
