Advocare meal replacement shake, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup strawberries

Meal 2

Grilled Chicken Salad w/ Vinaigrette dressing

Meal 3

Quest Bar

Meal 4

1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1/2 cup strawberries

Meal 5

2 hamburgers (no bun)  at the Vacation Bible School cookout

No workout today


  1. Workout: TBT Class with Channon

    B- PBJ sandwich
    L- roasted chic subway sandwich on wheat with lett, Tom, am cheese, lite mayo
    S- 1oz chicken & 1 oats/honey nature valley bar
    D- (at biaggi’s for girls night out!) grilled veggie risotto with grilled chicken, 2 pieces if bread & biaggi garlic oil mixture, 1 pomegranate martini

  3. This week has been busier than normal in the evenings. I typically cook dinner at home but have had to eat out several nights this week. But still feeling pretty good! Check out your next post! I logged my weigh in!
