Fresh 4U Italian Chicken

The Fresh 4U foods are something new and are currently available at Bob’s Gym North.  This one tasted great, was filling and very economical as well.

Workout

Hang Cleans and Deadlifts.  Sets of 1-5, gradually heavier until I got tired of doing them. Probably 15-18 total sets.

 

Meal 3

Chicken Enchiladas, tostitos, corn

Knowing my wife was making chicken enchiladas for dinner (and she makes some GOOOOOOD chicken enchiladas) I kept my calories a little lower early in the day and made sure I got a workout in.

    L- herb and garlic tuna pouch, tbs mayo, wheat thins
    S- 1oz chicken & slice of cheddar cheese
    D- (burnt to a crisp) hamburger w/cheese and mustard at bosse field with 1/4 cup fruit.
    S- pistachios & Strawberry-Rita

    (Old national sponsored event at the Otters game- I did manage to stay away from the cookies!!!)

    I also weighed in this morning and did BF %. I am down 2lbs and BF % is 23.9%!! Go Me!

    June 7 2013, Day 7

    B- fruit pizza (provided at company meeting)
    L- 2oz chicken, 2oz humus, wheat crackers
    S- cottage cheese

    Workout: “Fit Friday” neighborhood walk, Every other Friday another couple comes to our house and we walk 3 miles around our neighborhood. We live in Keystone so there are lots of hills to make it challenging too! After the walk we did 25 body weight squats and 25 push ups.

    Dinner- grilled chicken beast, grilled veggies (zucchini, squash, red & green peppers, Brussel sprouts, onion), 2 glasses of Chardonney.
