Panera Strawberry Poppyseed and Chicken Salad

Oatmeal, 2 scoops of protein powder, pecans

Bonefish Grill – Bang Bang Shrimp, Imperial Longfin Tilapia, Broccoli,

Also had some popcorn at the movies.  We saw “Now You See Me”.  Pretty good.  I recommend it.  What d0es that have to do with reaching my weight loss goals? I am doing this while keeping some “style” in my lifestyle.




  1. B- PBJ sandwich
    Workout- bobs gym bootcamp class
    L- grilled veggies (leftover from “fit Friday”) and cottage cheese
    D- homemade spaghetti, whole wheat noodles, 90/10 gr beef and traditional sauce. Also added 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on top
